To Host Town Hall Meeting

STOCKBRIDGE, GEORGIA- May 21, 2019--- Stockbridge Councilman Elton Alexander will host his quarterly town hall meeting on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 7 pm at JW Event Suite located at 416 Eagles Landing Parkway in Stockbridge, Georgia. The meeting is free and open to the public. Councilman Alexander welcomes all community members to attend the town hall meeting taking place on Thursday night. Topics discussed will include community improvement districts for Highway 138 and the Eagles Landing Parkway. Other topics such as the addition of sidewalks and trails will also be discussed at the community meeting.

"The news in Stockbridge is great with the Jodeco Project tripling in new interest from upscale retailers, restaurants and entertainment, " said Stockbridge Councilman Elton Alexander. "New businesses like Chicken Salad Chick, Moe's Southwestern Grill and Jersey Mike's are currently under construction. The Stockbridge Amphitheatre will break ground this summer and talks are underway for the much needed youth/senior activity center filling a great need for our youth and seniors. Join me in discussing the plans to create and develop the best community in metro Atlanta. My quarterly town hall meetings bring the government to the people for accountability, as I promised.  Stockbridge is where community connects.
